📮 LOST, STOLEN & MISSING DELIVERIES
If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered, but you are unable to locate the package, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly and submit a claim with them.
WearFresh cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered after being marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or replacement items will not be provided in these circumstances.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS — CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International shipments may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes, or other fees when entering the destination country.
Any additional charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
WearFresh does not determine or control these charges, and they are not included in the amount paid at checkout.
